Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Candy products
Food and beverage items
Custom or made-to-order items (including crochet keepsakes and gift bundles)

However, we will make it right if something goes wrong.

🚨 Important: Candy Cove is not responsible for melted or heat-damaged items during warmer months. We recommend selecting local pickup when possible.
